Will I get hurt boxing?

John and Tim understand that boxing can be dangerous, so they use every precaution to prevent injuries. They insist on wearing headgear (some with protective face shields), the largest softest gloves 18 and 20oz, and they are careful to match novices with experienced trainers whenever possible.

Can I take lessons?

Yes! We have a variety of lessons packages for both fitness and learning to box. Please call the gym for details.

Can my child take lessons?

Yes. We have lessons available specially designed for children ages 8 and up.
