About Sullivan Brothers' Boxing Gym

The Sullivan Brothers' Gym is owned by Tim and John Sullivan and located just off Sawmill Parkway at 3967 Presidential Parkway in Powell, Ohio.

We are a boxing only gym and use old school training techniques. We will take anyone from the age of seven and teach them how to get into condition, learn the basics of stance, power and defense.

Our workouts are short and intense. We have an assortment of speed-bags, heavy-bags and other equipment.

Women are welcome. Nobody is required to actually spar or fight unless they desire to do so.

We believe that safety is the most important thing in our gym. Head gear is mandatory for anyone that spars in the ring. While safety is important to us, we are a boxing gym and encourage our members to step into the ring and express themselves. Teenagers that are currently involved in the dangerous game of backyard fighting, where two people either bare=knuckled or with gloves, pound away on each other, while friends watch, are encouraged to sign up with us and fight under controlled conditions. You can still punch each other, but without the serious consequences of broken bones and emergency room trips.

If you have ever thought about learning to box, then come visit us. We will introduce you to our medicine ball "Wall of Pain," along with our other equipment. We firmly believe that boxing will give you confidence and feeling of accomplishment that you have never experienced before.

Our motto is, "It's not just about boxing... it's about changing your life!"
